Shipping

Shipping has been arranged via ELTA Courier (Porta-Porta) and delivery time has been estimated  1-3 business days. You can always check the status of your order on ELTA COURIER using the tracking number that has been sent to your email.

Shipping within the Greek borders is free for orders over 35,00€, while in a different case is 3,00€ per order.

In case of a customized order shipping is taking place within 5 days.

Return Policy

In case you would like to change your order after receiving your parcel, you have 10 days to communicate with us to arrange the change. Notice that you can only return goods, that are unworn and in their initial condition.

How to do it:

1. Contact us by phone or on our social.

2. Choose products of equal or greater value. Keep the product’s code to make the procedure faster.

3. Don’t forget to include the receipt on the return parcel.

4. On delivery you give back the old parcel.

The expense of the change is 5,00€ (shipping and return expense). In case you return your order without notice via ELTA Courier Porta-Porta, you bear the transport cost (your charge). If you send it with any other delivery company than ELTA Courier Porta-Porta, then your obligation is to bear all the expenses, in any other case it won’t be received from us and it will be returned to you.

Returns cannot be accepted for customized orders.

Refund

You can request a refund within 5 days, from the day of the delivery. Don’t forget that you can only be refunded on goods, that are unworn and in their initial condition. Returns are accepted via ELTA Courier Porta-Porta at our expense. If you send it with any other delivery company than ELTA Courier Porta-Porta, then your obligation is to bear all the expenses, in any other case it won’t be received from us and it will be returned to you.
Refund expense is 5,00€ (return expenses). This amount will be credited from the net value of your order.
 
Iban or bank account, your name and the name of the bank will be necessary for the refund. We suggest you to send this information written via email (ariaboutiquecollection@gmail.com) or to our social (Instagram).
 
Refund cannot be accepted for customized orders.
